The Vancouver Island Economic Alliance “VIEA” is working to help Island businesses market their products and services by registering on the BuyBC website. It’s FREE!
The BuyBC website is being used by the Ministry of International Trade to showcase the range of business services and products available to support major projects and investments being attracted to the province. Therefore, when potential clients search for business services on Vancouver Island, only those businesses with online BuyBC profiles will appear in the search results. The Economic Alliance encourages you to take advantage of this free opportunity. Registering your company and building your online profile will only take 15-20 minutes by following our step-by-step instructions:
Registering and profiling your business is free, easy and quick!
- Go to: https://lngbuybc.force.com/
- Click ‘Register’
- Fill in name, company and email address
- Read and agree to terms (tick box)
- Click ‘Create an Account’
- You will see a message thanking you for registering and that an email is being sent to you
- You will receive an email welcoming you to LNG-BuyBC
- Click on the link included in the email
- Follow the cues to complete your registration by providing your business number, year established, company intro, description, logo, etc. (You can copy and paste from your website)
Potential clients globally and locally looking for a service will be able to quickly find your business on the website and you can visit the site at any time to search for projects that might be of interest.
