Art Classes – Photographing Artwork

Join award-winning photographer, painter, and teacher Cim MacDonald for a helpful and hands-on workshop to get you feeling comfortable and confident about photographing your artwork. Learn about basic principles, common challenges, and best practices for shooting 2-D and 3-D pieces.

Bring your own camera or device—a digital SLR, a “point and shoot”, or a smartphone will do the trick—and you’ll have the opportunity to practice taking photos and receive constructive feedback from Cim.

If you wish, you can bring along one of your own pieces of artwork to practice shooting.
