Bayview Brewing Company
Bayview Brewing Company opened in April 2022.
The beer lineup features classic ales such as a blonde, pale ale, Saison, west coast IPA, and hazy IPA. Our specialty is creating interesting sour beers, particularly our dessert sours, lending to Jonny’s 25+ year career as a chef.
Our food program features an eclectic, fresh selection of fusion cuisine with no deep-fried food. We have partnered with several local farms to keep our food as fresh and local as possible.
In addition to beer, we also offer Salt Spring Wild Cider and Unsworth Vineyards wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages including Phillips Soda, Iota Beer, Sparkmouth Mocktails, and Sparkling Water.
