Make A Funky Fish: A Clay Workshop

We are excited to offer another fun and creative clay class with professional potter Lee Stead! Grab some household tools, pick up your clay from the gallery and get ready to make a splash.
Lee will walk you through every step as you create a funky clay fish. It could have hair, teeth—anything out of this world. Definitely one of a kind, and never before discovered. Clay and firing is included, and you can paint the finished project at your leisure after the firing. Explore the basics of sculpture! This class takes place on Zoom so gather the family together, meet up with your friends virtually or come and explore the world of clay on your own. Great for all experience levels. Relax and get ready to play!
Participants will pick up the clay on March 18 from 444 Parkhill Terrace in Ladysmith, build their fish together at home over Zoom, then swim their creations on back to be fired by the instructor. (Delivery is an option, contact gallery to see if a volunteer can deliver to your area)
