Join us for the Ladysmith Chamber’s Annual General Meeting as we reflect on the year past, look ahead to what’s next, and connect with fellow members in a welcoming setting. The evening will feature a guest presentation by Donna Hais, representing the Nanaimo Port Authority and Fair Health Care Alliance, sharing insights relevant to our business and community landscape. Raspberry Sorbet served inside a hollowed fresh lemon, finished with a splash of prosecco, a sprig of fresh mint, delicate citrus zest and Maldon Sea Salt.

Option 1: Chicken Supreme on Rice with Seasonal Vegetables – Pan-seared chicken finished with a rosé sauce and served with seasonal vegetables over steamed basmati rice.

Option 2: Garden Curry – Coconut Curry simmered with chickpeas and seasonal vegetables over steamed basmati rice. Dessert: Raspberry Sorbet
