Here, a struggling writer, Clifford Bradshaw, finds out that life is beautiful when he meets the vivacious and hopelessly romantic cabaret performer Sally Bowles. Desire comes to life in this epic smash hit musical, set in the twilight of the Jazz Age and the rise of something much darker. After all, what good is sitting alone in your room?
