Create Your Own Clay Selfie

So you want to take a selfie? In this fun online class, join instructor Lee Stead as she walks you through every step as you create a fun and surprising standing replica of yourself from the shoulders up. Hair, maybe a hat or glasses, a cat curled around your shoulders, wings, or anything that says “this is me!” can be added. Let’s have fun with clay!

Clay and firing is included, and you can paint the finished project at your leisure after the firing. Open to ages 10 years and up, $33

Participants will pick up the clay on February 11 from 444 Parkhill Terrace in Ladysmith, build their selfies together at home over Zoom, then snap their creations back to be fired by the instructor. Please arrange a time with our education coordinator Shannon at education@ladysmitharts.ca for safe curbside pick up and drop off.
