Cowichan Hospice offers support, information, and companioning to those living with an advancing illness, their family and friends and those grieving the death of a loved one. Support is available to clients in their homes, in hospital, in Cowichan Hospice House, and in the Hospice Community Services Office on Gibbins Road in Duncan. In-person appointments are now also available in Ladysmith! Call 250-701-4242 for more information.
In addition, Cowichan Hospice provides free Advance Care Planning workshops in the community, via zoom and in-person.
All services are free of charge and available to anyone in the Cowichan region.
