Laurie has been involved in program and initiative evaluation, organizational development, social sciences research, strategic planning, and facilitation for over 25 years. She has a background in occupational therapy and community health sciences.
Laurie is a community-based researcher and developmental evaluator and brings various creative methods of evaluation to meet the needs of the client and the project. She brings expertise in theory of change, systems thinking, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and understanding complexity.
