Community Futures Central Island: FALL BUSINESS LOANS APPLICATION INTAKE TAKING PLACE NOW! Community Futures Central Island provides repayable funding to local, rural small businesses for working capital, equipment purchase or lease, and business purchase or expansion. Pan-West Community Futures 2015-2016 Summary shows that the BC CF offices handed out loans to 626 rural business at a value of $30,184,573, creating or sustaining 1921 jobs.
