His mother is a teacher at Ladysmith Secondary School\, further strengthening his ties to the community. He has already undergone multiple surgeries and requires extensive physiotherapy\, which is not covered by his insurance. \nTickets are $25 for non-members or $20 for Eagles members\, and all proceeds go directly to Oscar and his family. Art Jam will include a paint competition\, live music\, kids area and interactive art stations for the whole family to enjoy. \nEarly on Sunday morning\, artists gather with coffee in one hand and original art in the other\, ready for you.  This festival art market is an art collector’s dream.  Wander the street and see what artists have brought this year. From original paintings\, jewelry\, fabric art\, carving\, Indigenous-made art and more\, you will not be disappointed.  The air is filled with music\, the streets are lined with art and there is a kids’ art space where young artists create their own one-of-a-kind work to take home! The market on Sunday is from \n10 AM-4 PM.  \n​ \nCurious where you can eat while visiting Ladysmith? During the festival the Ladysmith Lions Club Snack Shack will be onsite. Art Jam will include a paint competition\, live music\, kids area and interactive art stations for the whole family to enjoy. \nEarly on Sunday morning\, artists gather with coffee in one hand and original art in the other\, ready for you.  This festival art market is an art collector’s dream.  Wander the street and see what artists have brought this year. From original paintings\, jewelry\, fabric art\, carving\, Indigenous-made art and more\, you will not be disappointed.  The air is filled with music\, the streets are lined with art and there is a kids’ art space where young artists create their own one-of-a-kind work to take home! The market on Sunday is from \n10 AM-4 PM.  \n​ \nCurious where you can eat while visiting Ladysmith? During the festival the Ladysmith Lions Club Snack Shack will be onsite. As well\, we have so many great local restaurants you can visit. Click the link here to get a google map and list of local restaurants that are open either Saturday and Sunday. We will also post a list at the event. Plan to grab a snack\, we have a picnic area under two tents (by the library) where you can bring your takeout and still enjoy the festival.  \n\nStay tuned for more details! \n  \n
