SUMMARY:Spring Break Arts Camp For Kids: Travel Through Time
DESCRIPTION:Travel through time\, visit far-off galaxies in this four-day art and drama. Open to children aged 6 – 12 years\nCreativity takes the lead in this fun-filled spring break arts camp for children 6 to 12 years. Students will spend the mornings exploring the world of time and space travel through visual art activities like drawing\, painting\, and collage with experienced artists educator\, Josslyn Meyers. After lunch\, participants will jump back in for an afternoon of fun\, cooperative drama games and activities where they will learn team building\, physicality\, vocal and gestural expression\, and audience skills with experienced teacher Michala Bloomfield.\nEach participant is asked to bring their own lunch\, full water bottle\, and clothes that they can move freely in and get a little paint or glue on.\nParents are asked to complete the Student Emergency Contact and Profile Form on our website and and submit it to education@ladysmitharts.ca prior to the start of the camp. \n \n
