SUMMARY:Community Gaming Grant Information Workshop
DESCRIPTION:The BC Association for Charitable Gaming (BCACG) is a non-profit society that represents and supports community groups applying for a Community Gaming Grant. David Sheach is the Executive Director and is presenting an information workshop about Community Gaming Grants. This workshop will help you prepare an accurate application and manage the funding according to the conditions of the grant – and answer your questions too. \nApplications are accepted by sector and you are encouraged to submit your applications early. \n\n\n\nArts and Culture\nApply from Feb 1 – May 31\nFinal notification: Aug 31Sport\nApply from Feb 1 – May 31\nFinal notification: Aug 31\nPublic Safety\nApply from Jul 1 – Aug 31\nFinal notification: Nov 30Environment\nApply from Jul 1 – Aug 31\nFinal notification: Nov 30\n  Human and Social Services\nApply from Aug 1 – Nov 30\nFinal notification: Feb 28\n\n\n\nOur workshops review the eligibility requirements\, program description and details\, budget\, in-kind support\, volunteers and key considerations when accounting for activities. \nJoin the BCACG. The annual fee is $50/year if you get less than $50\,000 and $100/year if you get more than $100\,000 in Community Gaming Grant funding.
