OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Given to an business/individual who consistently offers exceptional customer service and is considered a role model within his or her respective industry. This individual is known for “going the extra mile” to serve the customer and is a strong team player.

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR
Given to an individual that has used his or her time, efforts and personal resources to help others. Requires someone who has worked tirelessly to make sure their contributions were of service, strived for good work, and tried to make the lives of others better in our community. Individuals who receive wages or an honorarium for the services for which they are being recognized are not eligible for this award.

FINANCIAL SERVICES
This award is for businesses in banking, finance, investment, accounting, insurance, consulting, or other professional services who will be recognized for their product and service range, industry knowledge, and expertise.

ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR
Recognizes an entrepreneur who demonstrates creative innovation that has contributed to the success of either a new or existing business. They are a dynamic owner/operator of a local business, they demonstrate leadership in their respective industry, have a track record for identifying and expanding market opportunities and they devote personal time and energy to the community.

(1 -10 EMPLOYEES)

Recognizes a business that has made an outstanding contribution to the community. They are good corporate citizens and regularly participate in community events. They promote economic welfare and provide the community at large with a sound reputation of providing quality service.

(11+ EMPLOYEES)

Recognizes a business that has made an outstanding contribution to the community. They are good corporate citizens and regularly participate in community events. They promote economic welfare and provide the community at large with a sound reputation of providing quality service.

BEST HOME-BASED BUSINESS
Given to a home-based business who contribute to the community and offers good service. Their business is growing, innovative and is respectful to its surroundings (neighborhood) has a positive impact on the community, provides a needed service or product and uses local services, supplies and support staff.

ARTS & CULTURE AWARD
Recognizes an business/individual who consistently has a significant impact on arts and culture in the community. It may be a business who sells forms of art or who tirelessly works to promote arts & culture in the community such as, but not limited to; beautifying and enhancing our community gardens, sculptures, artwork, pottery, events such as music and festivals.

PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
This award will go to any business/person who you think deserves it!

EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR
Exceptional commitment to its employees demonstrated through job creation, training and support, recognition and awards, employee health and wellness and professional development.

VOTING GUIDELINES:

No limit on the number of times you can vote or the number of votes per category.
All votes will be considered. The top three Finalists in each category will be announced on October 1st, 2024.
