The Ladysmith Chamber AGM was held on April 5th. It was a time for celebrating with our members the close of another year and sharing the plans for the year ahead.

The evening started with networking between members and our special guests including Lisa Marie Barron, Member of Parliament, Nanaimo-Ladysmith.

Our guest speaker Donna Hais, Board Chair of the Nanaimo Port Authority, provided a both interesting and very informative presentation. We extended our heartfelt thanks to Andrea Rosato-Taylor, our well respected Board member who served on our board for 7 years. We also revealed of our hopes and plans for the Ladysmith Train Station.

The evening concluded with an excellent meal served by our hosts, In the Beantime Cafe.
